REGIONAL FACILITIES SUPERVISOR - PHOENIX REGION Based and willing to Travel to Flagstaff RegionWith a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience.Job Description:The Regional Facilities Supervisor for Keller Management is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within a specific region or area. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians. The Regional Facilities Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems to support the organization's operational goals.An ideal candidate seeks knowledge and improved abilities, desires to understand root cause and effective resolution of challenges, is a self-starter with great personal motivation, and has passion for whatever projects on which they choose to focus.Responsibilities:1. Maintenance Operations Management:Plan, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance activities within the region.Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and repair strategies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all maintenance operations.2. Team Management:Recruit, train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians in the region.Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide feedback to team members.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance or disciplinary issues.3. Vendor Management:Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for the procurement of services and supplies.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.4. Maintenance Planning & Budgeting:Collaborate with facility managers and other stakeholders to develop long-term maintenance plans and budgets for the region.Review and analyze maintenance expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement.Prepare reports and updates on maintenance activities, expenses, and performance metrics.5. Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to maintenance operations.Identify areas for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency enhancements.Implement and monitor initiatives aimed at increasing maintenance effectiveness and reducing downtime.Qualifications:Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity.Current EPA and CPO certification and knowledge of Pools and HVAC.Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and repair best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills.Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as required.Team Player
