GRE Management is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Regional Maintenance Specialist to support our multifamily apartment communities throughout Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working alongside onsite teams to elevate property performance and resident satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in multifamily maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance
• Ability to work independently and with our teams
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the region

Certifications

• HVAC I & II Preferred
• CPO certified Preferred.
