Job summary

Keller Management is seeking a Regional Facilities Supervisor for the Phoenix region, overseeing maintenance operations and leading a regional team of technicians.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of building systems, and the ability to travel within the region; EPA and CPO certifications are preferred. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and drive safety compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity.
• Current EPA and CPO certification and knowledge of Pools and HVAC.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and repair best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians in the region.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for the procurement of services and supplies.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians.
