Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferably a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience.
• 5 years service minimum supervisory/management experience.
• Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
• Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred.
• Candidates must complete background screening process, including a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• You will manage execution of maintenance and repair needs for existing property
• You will supervise our team of maintenance technicians
• You will need to be able to understand/execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.
• You will be play a key role on the team as well as interface with leadership
