Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties within a designated region to assist with makereadies, workorders, curb appeal, capex projects, etc.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and material coordination.
• Follow procedures to access materials and return unused items to proper locations, notifying management about re-ordering needs.
• Document maintenance work timely and accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean, pressure-wash, and paint as needed.
• Support cost-control efforts by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Adhere to Safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings and required training.
• Occasionally inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance with scope.

Education
