Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee residential property maintenance across Arizona markets, including Tucson, Phoenix, and Prescott Valley. You will lead maintenance technicians, dispatch staff, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable service.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance management, strong leadership, and experience supervising multi-site operations, budgeting, safety, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing maintenance technicians, supervisors, or dispatch teams.
• Strong residential maintenance and construction background.
• Knowledge of: drywall, painting, cabinetry, doors and windows, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, general carpentry, flooring and baseboards.
• Experience managing multiple locations or territories preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with maintenance software, work order systems, and scheduling platforms.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and Dispatch Coordinators.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential properties across multiple regions.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Manage technician scheduling, dispatch operations, and workforce utilization.
• Conduct regular field visits and property inspections to evaluate work quality and team performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Develop and monitor maintenance budgets and control operating expenses.
• Review maintenance metrics, service levels, and productivity reports.
• Handle escalated maintenance issues and resident concerns.
• Ensure proper inventory management of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
