Job summary

Keller Management is seeking a Regional Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a regional footprint in the United States, with travel to the Flagstaff region as needed. The role demands strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has EPA and CPO certifications, plus experience managing multi-site facilities, building systems, and contractor/vendor relations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Multi-site or regional experience preferred.
• EPA and CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of pools and HVAC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee regional maintenance activities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Develop long-term maintenance plans and budgets; monitor expenses.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
