Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager in Charlotte, NC to support the Facility Manager and act as the primary Planner/Scheduler for 100+ retail locations. You will manage maintenance work orders, coordinate with contractors, and monitor KPI/SLAs to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with CMMS experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Facility Management and CMMS/Work Order apps.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize incoming work requests, create and manage work orders in Corrigo CMMS, and plan/schedule across 100+ locations.
• Conduct daily work order reviews to monitor metrics, verify notes, route discretionary spend, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with service providers to schedule maintenance within approved downtime windows, meeting safety and client needs.
• Lead monthly calls with Business Partners to review vendor performance and share updates.
• Assist Facility Manager in monitoring site KPIs/SLAs, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
