Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the operation and performance of the site services at our Charlotte, NC location. You will drive maintenance of critical building systems, manage vendor performance, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive service delivery.

The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement to lower costs while enhancing the facility experience for clients. On-site work at the Charlotte site is required.

• Proven leadership in facilities or operations management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Strong client-facing skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Facilities management: oversee operations of electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems.
• Vendor management: monitor requests, raise quality, and reduce costs.
• Client service/satisfaction: maintain positive client relationships and resolve issues.
• Budgeting/reporting: prepare detailed budgets and regular/ad-hoc reports.
