Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a dispersed regional portfolio. You will lead client relationships, coordinate with the Client Facility Manager, and supervise vendors to deliver high-quality services across multiple sites.

Role requires strong knowledge of building systems, proficiency with MS Office and CMMS tools, and a track record of meeting KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years industry experience in corporate, third party service provider, or consultancy.
• General knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of a dispersed regional portfolio of facilities.
• Lead client relationships and ensure service delivery aligns with client directives and KPIs.
• Manage contracts, compliance, and vendor performance to meet SLAs and budgets.
• Coordinate with Client Facility Manager and internal teams to optimize portfolio performance.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and drive productivity across sites.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual on-site inspections and safety programs.
