You will partner with the Client Facility Manager to deliver reliable services and align with client directives.

You will lead maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems; manage client relationships and KPIs/SLAs; coordinate work orders and inspections; ensure safety compliance; and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in corporate, third-party service provider, or consulting environments.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS systems.
