Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility, property, and space management with progressively increasing responsibilities and demonstrated leadership.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a facilities or operations position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, space planning, and emergency preparedness programs for facilities within the assigned region.
• Lead special projects such as space planning changes and build-out support to improve the work environment.
• Manage relationships with internal clients; respond to inquiries and requests promptly.
• Oversee facilities vendors, purchasing, budget, beverages, office supplies and break service.
• Coordinate with building property management for scheduled and emergency repairs and unplanned needs.
• Manage Emergency Preparedness Program, including drills, AED training, and floor warden coordination.
• Respond to end-user inquiries regarding day-to-day services and repairs.
• Coordinate office moves in collaboration with the Regional Office Administrator.
• Manage ticketing process for the facilities team and report on ticket status.
