Job summary

The Regional Facilities & Operations Manager at Troutman Pepper Locke LLP leads maintenance, space planning, and emergency preparedness for the firm’s regional facilities. You will work closely with the Regional Office Administrator and manage vendors and day-to-day facility needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; five or more years in facility, property, and space management with progressive responsibility; two+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead special projects such as space planning changes and build-out efforts to improve the work environment.
• Ensure regional facilities are well-maintained with daily walkthroughs and action on repairs.
• Manage relationships with internal clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Oversee facilities vendors, purchasing, and budget including beverages, office supplies, and amenities.
• Meet with vendors/contractors to discuss services, pricing, and cost reductions; maintain relationships.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with building property management for repairs and emergencies.
• Communicate critical facilities information to offices as needed.
• Manage Emergency Preparedness Program with drills and AED training coordination.
• Respond to end-user inquiries regarding day-to-day services and office moves.
• Oversee the ticketing process for assigned facilities and team.
