Job summary

Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders is seeking a Regional Facilities & Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, space planning, and emergency preparedness for the region. You will work closely with the Regional Office Administrator, acting as a primary contact for property management and day-to-day facility needs.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs and liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility, property, and space management with increasing responsibilities and leadership.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a facilities or operations position.

Responsibilities

• Lead special projects such as space planning changes, attending project and building meetings, and supporting build-out efforts to improve the work environment.
• Ensure assigned regional facilities are well-maintained by daily walkthroughs and reviewing office space for repairs.
• Foster relationships with internal clients by responding to inquiries promptly.
• Manage facilities vendors, purchasing, and budgets including beverages, office supplies, and break service supplies.
• Meet with vendors and contractors to discuss services, pricing, and cost-reduction options; maintain cooperative relationships.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with building management for repairs and unplanned facility needs.
• Communicate critical facilities information to offices about repairs and emergencies.
• Coordinate Emergency Preparedness Program, drills, and AED training, ensuring wardens are trained.
• Respond to end-user inquiries regarding day-to-day services (HVAC, pest control, security, etc.).
• Oversee office moves with Regional Office Administrator.
• Manage ticketing process for assigned facilities and team.
