Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and review maintenance projects, inventories, and inspections.
• Work with on-site team and Regional Manager to correct deficiencies identified in site inspections promptly.
• Reinforce safety programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare staff.
• Monitor KPIs such as makeready and workorder completion times to assess performance.
• Assist with capital budgets, scopes, bids, and project management for capital projects.
• Support Client Services with due diligence, reports, and staff evaluations.
• Collaborate with Director of Facilities and VP of Operations to meet goals.
