Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of facilities across DC, MD, and VA. You will lead multidisciplinary facilities staff, ensure compliance, and drive preventive maintenance in mission-critical environments.

The role requires a licensed professional with hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, plus strong management and communication skills.

Qualifications

10+ years in facilities management or building operations (commercial/government).
7+ years in a project management or supervisory role.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of large commercial/government facilities.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and support forecasting for facility operations.
Lead and supervise HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians.
Ensure operation of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Prepare reports on system performance and operational metrics.
Support emergency response and after-hours call rotation.
Maintain strong customer service focus for mission-critical operations.
