Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management.
• Valid Driver’s License; FMP or CFM Preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and maintenance specifications; ability to write routine reports.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CMMS, Smartsheet, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage Work Orders & Emergency Response: Oversee WO statuses and backlogs, respond to emergencies within 4 hours (including 24/7 on-call availability) and provide active communication between vendors, EMCOR, and LCG
• Direct Vendor & Financial Management: Oversee vendor relationships and scope, hold vendors financially accountable for quotes, and exercise fiscal responsibility in budget management and repair versus replace decisions
• Cultivate Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build a Relationship of Trust (BRT) with stakeholders through regular contact, process transparency, and taking full ownership of escalations without passing the buck
• Conduct Portfolio Asset Management & Site Assessments: Execute thorough site assessments to gather high-quality data and photos, manage the preventive maintenance (PM) program, and maintain accurate asset inventory for capital planning
• Maintain Operational Organization & Strategic Planning: Utilize strict organizational systems for managing emails, approvals, and quotes, while viewing building operations holistically to align with organizational goals
