Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of properties.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and capital projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires 60–70% travel and involvement across multiple locations including Dallas, NYC, California, and Atlanta, with a focus on safety, cost control, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; track training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities; set work schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships; conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform inspections and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop vendor relationships; oversee invoicing and procurement of parts, services, and labor.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence others with policy-guided decisions.
