Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a large portfolio and provide senior technical and operational support across properties. The role focuses on financial performance, strategic planning, and client service delivery in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee budgets, forecasts, reports, and maintenance programs, while coordinating with staff and management to ensure safety, quality, and timely results for CBRE’s client operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a minimum of eight years related experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Active real estate and/or professional engineer license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large portfolio or client account and provide senior technical and operational support
• Plan, budget and control operating and capital expenditures
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and management reports
• Oversee and approve special billings and financial analyses
• Direct maintenance and reconditioning of properties as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and inspections
