Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Professional designation such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM preferred.
• Active real estate and/or Professional Engineer license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a large portfolio or client account providing senior technical and operational support.
• Oversee budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Support new business development including client solicitation and proposals.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and complete across properties.
• Direct staff for maintenance and engineering activities and safety compliance.
