CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a large portfolio, providing senior technical and operational support for building policies and procedures.

You will guide maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure quality control across CBRE properties for a major client. You will oversee financial performance, plan capital expenditures, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining safety standards and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM preferred.
• Active real estate and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the unit's financial performance for an account.
• Lead budgeting, planning and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Oversee preparation of budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for new business development and client solicitation.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reports and inspections.
• Direct alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of properties as needed.
• Supervise staffing and development of account staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and support health and safety programs.
