Job summary

ICBD is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and safety across multiple sites in the Fort Lauderdale region. You will lead local facility teams, coordinate vendors, and drive efficiency and compliance to support our growing portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5–8 years of facilities experience, including regional leadership. Strong budgeting, planning, and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2-3 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
• Proven experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance across all sites in the region.
• Supervise and support local facility managers, technicians, and custodial staff.
• Coordinate staffing plans and hiring needs for regional facilities.
• Manage regional facility budgets and vendor contracts to stay within budget.
• Lead renovation, construction, or upgrade projects across the region.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on facility status and risks.
