Job summary

ICBD in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and regional facility management across multiple sites. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient environments while coordinating teams, vendors, and projects.

The role requires 5–8 years of facilities leadership, a related degree, strong knowledge of building systems, and budget oversight. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with senior leaders to drive cost savings and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years facilities management experience, multi-site/regional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities within the region.
• Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead regional facility teams and coordinate vendors.
• Manage budgets and contracts; monitor expenditures.
• Lead renovation or upgrade projects across the region.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
