Job summary

ICF is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operation of multiple locations with a regional focus on the Northeast Mid-Atlantic. You will be the primary contact for facility operations, building maintenance, landlord relations, vendor oversight, and workplace safety, coordinating across sites to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related facilities management experience or transferrable skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel and flexible for hybrid onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site regional support for ICF Northeast Mid-Atlantic locations, coordinating with local management.
• Manage facility improvement projects, space planning, occupancy and surrender processes.
• Oversee daily readiness, functionality, and condition of facilities including HVAC, security, health and safety.
• Support Facilities initiatives and collaborate across ICF lines of business and operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and track preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Manage service contracts, negotiate terms, monitor performance of vendors and third parties.
• Liaise with landlords and property managers to resolve issues and ensure lease compliance.
• Ensure workplaces meet local safety, fire, and health regulations.
