Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee repair and maintenance for up to 60–100 Panda stores across a region, ensuring standards are met and costs are controlled. You will recruit and manage regional vendors, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and train store managers on preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance, 1–2 years in management, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 40–50% with some overnight

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years of facilities maintenance management experience, preferably in retail/hospitality.
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations.
• CRFP certification or progress toward it.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for up to 60–100 stores across one region (occasionally two).
• Search, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Train store managers on R&M programs and how to work with vendors to control quality and cost.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and train managers to handle routine or urgent situations.
