Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Hard and soft skill requirements include building maintenance experience, leadership, communication, problem solving, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management.
• OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state you will be working.
