Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently and sustainably for associates and customers.

The role requires ~50% travel within the region and close collaboration with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership, and vendors to ensure proper scope, regulatory compliance, and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical Contractor License in the state of employment.
• PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma training are desirable.
• 3–5 years of facilities/building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians; ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Facility Services leadership and vendors.
• Monitor reporting/analytics and maintain licenses, permits and inspections.
• Travel ~50% within the region.
