Job summary

Walmart seeks a licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead a regional team responsible for predictive and preventative maintenance of store facilities. You will partner with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance programs, coordinating with vendors, managing permits and inspections, reporting analytics, and developing staff through training initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years’ facilities/engineering management experience, or 5 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across regional facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians, coordinating with store managers and facility leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors for services and compliance.
• Produce reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee permits, inspections, and site inspections.
