Job summary

Averill Hospitality seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and safety across multiple properties, coordinating maintenance activities and capital projects implementing preventive plans and vendor management.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management (hospitality preferred) with strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and safety regulations. Occasional travel to sites; on-site presence expected at properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of hands-on facilities management experience, hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/safety, and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, custodial, and grounds teams across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for hotel systems.
• Coordinate renovations and equipment upgrades within budget and time constraints.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor budgets and vendor payments; mentor property staff.
