Job summary

Uncommon Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across four hotels. You will lead on-site maintenance teams, manage vendors, and monitor budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.

This role partners with General Managers to optimize property functionality and guest experience, guiding capital projects, preventative maintenance, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site maintenance teams across multiple properties.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA, and life-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Oversee budgets and capital projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate vendors and service contractors; monitor quality and costs.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and brand standards.
• Provide regular reports on facilities performance and asset condition.
