Job summary

GPM Empire, LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to direct and coordinate repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment across multiple locations. This role supports store operations by ensuring buildings and grounds are well-kept and functional.

The successful candidate will lead crews, manage vendor activities, review job orders, and drive cost control while adapting to changing climates and project needs.

Qualifications

• Requires electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and construction knowledge, plus supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree or comparable knowledge, with strong verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Frequent local travel and work in transitional construction and changing climatic environments.
• Occasional lifting of moderate weight equipment and climbing ladders, including rooftop work.

Responsibilities

• Reviews job orders, determines work priorities, and coordinates scope of work using dispatch functions.
• Directs preventive maintenance programs, vendor activities, and internal personnel to improve facilities and equipment.
• Approves invoices, monitors expenditures, and estimates non-contract service costs.
