Zusammenfassung

Performance Food Group is seeking a strong maintenance supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance associates and tasks performed on facilities and equipment. You will oversee complex building repairs across carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and maintain production equipment to maximize uptime.

You will establish preventive maintenance programs, supervise technicians, maintain inventory of supplies, and conduct regular inspections for safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 2-4 years experience.
• 1+ years of experience in each of the trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Two or more years of experience working on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Aufgaben

• Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Oversees and maintains warehouse and facility maintenance.
• Coordinates outside building contractors.
• Keeps accurate records/files of work orders for preventive maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems.
• Oversees building sanitation.
• Will assist in running day shift warehouse operations.
• Warehouse damaged goods champion.
• Play a key role in external audits.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
