• Directs facility management staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client.
• Develops operational service delivery solutions including documented playbooks and an account operations plan.
• Monitors effectiveness of maintenance efforts and ensures work aligns with account KPI’s.
• Provides recommendations for tactical and strategic planning.
• Reviews client's strategic plans and determines appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations.
• Reviews capital project and operating budget reports and creates action plans to improve financial positions.
• Manages negotiations for contract services.
• Reviews reports and meets with client management to discuss and resolve discrepancies.
• Continuously evaluates standards and practices and identifies improvements with other teams.
• Supervises budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
• Ensures timely, accurate reports and conducts regular property inspections.
