Qualifications

• Directs facility management staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client.
• Develops operational service delivery solutions including documented playbooks and account operations plans.
• Monitors effectiveness of facility maintenance against account KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations for tactical and strategic planning.
• Reviews client's strategic plans to determine staffing levels.
• Reviews capital and operating budgets and creates action plans to improve finances.
• Manages negotiations for contract services.
• Discusses reports with client management to resolve discrepancies.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and refines best practices.
• Oversees budgeting and reporting, including annual budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Ensures timely, accurate reports and performs property inspections.
