Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Review client strategic plans to determine staffing levels and resource needs.
• Manage capital project and operating budget reports for a single property.
• Negotiate contracts for services and create action plans to improve financial position.
