CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of a portfolio of small to mid-size buildings. You will coordinate repairs, safety, and budgetary planning to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience; degree substitute allowed.
• Valid driver's license required; facility management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and meet on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts, services, labor.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
