Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance across a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium buildings.

You will support the Facilities Management function, assist Property Managers, and drive repairs, capital projects, and investment planning. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and client relationships while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules; assign tasks; cross-train staff; mentor and coach as needed.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections for quality assurance; identify operational efficiencies and upgrade opportunities.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct process training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreement.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within systems and processes.
