Job summary

Arora Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to lead facilities services across a defined territory, coordinating a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. You will supervise service calls, manage subcontractors, and ensure contract compliance while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires hands-on experience with building systems, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel within the territory to support field operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services.
• Experience managing service call operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience managing operations across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed territories.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems and facility service commodities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer representative within the assigned territory and deliver responsive facilities services.
• Manage lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch to closeout while meeting SLAs.
• Oversee daily service operations in a 24/7 environment with routine, priority, and emergency requests.
• Maintain accurate work order status and performance data in CMMS and tracking systems.
• Develop, review, and submit proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates for repairs.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate repair solutions with customers and leadership.
• Build and manage a network of subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor progress, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction; communicate status.
• Review completed work packages and invoices for quality and timeliness.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and safety inspections to ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulations, and company standards; drive improvements.
• Travel within territory to support customer meetings, field operations, and emergency response.
