Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities services, operations, or technical services.
• Experience managing service call operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities or geographic territories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer representative in the assigned territory and deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee lifecycle of service calls from dispatch to closeout while meeting SLAs.
• Coordinate 24/7 operations across routine, priority and emergency requests.
• Maintain accurate work order data in CMMS and tracking systems for visibility.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates to ensure competitive pricing and contract compliance.
