Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management level experience in facilities/property maintenance, engineering, and supervision of trades.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and tenant relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct engineering and preventive maintenance work for all facilities, assigning to supervisors.
• Monitor and assess supervisor performance in PM inspections/repairs as per regulations and client requirements.
• Review inspections of HVAC, electrical distribution, structural, and building systems to identify cost-saving maintenance actions.
• Ensure staff maintain clean, safe mechanical equipment rooms.
• Lead emergency response and remediation planning, reporting, and coordination with clients and agencies.
