Job summary

SyRES Properties LLC is seeking a Regional Manager, Facilities to lead portfolio-wide maintenance standards across a growing multi-state multifamily portfolio. The role focuses on technical leadership, preventive maintenance, and vendor management, ensuring cost control and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on maintenance expertise, guidance to onsite teams, and the ability to develop scalable maintenance programs, SOPs, and training resources to support company growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in multifamily maintenance, facilities management, or related field; supervisory/regional experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety).
• Experience developing or implementing preventive maintenance programs and team development.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute to continuously improve portfolio-wide maintenance standards.
• Develop consistent apartment turn procedures, including move-out inspections and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical expertise for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety systems.
• Maintain and improve work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset preservation processes.
• Manage vendor sourcing, contract administration, and performance evaluations.
• Support budgeting, capital planning, and asset preservation strategies.
• Utilize property management systems (Yardi) for reporting and performance tracking.
