Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a large multifamily residential portfolio. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on preventive maintenance, inspections, vendor management, safety, budgeting, and process improvements to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance oversight across multiple properties.
• Hands-on maintenance knowledge to troubleshoot repairs and train technicians.
• Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams.
• Experience vetting vendors, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong safety training and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across a large multifamily portfolio.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and technical guidance.
• Oversee work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and large projects.
• Develop SOPs, training manuals, and recurring training programs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, safety initiatives, inspections, and follow-through.
• Manage vendor relationships, pricing, and cost control.
• Analyze trends, budgets, inventory, and repair methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
