Protective is seeking a Regional F&I Performance Manager (Production Development Manager) to drive growth at automotive dealerships by training staff, monitoring production, and analyzing F&I product sales. Qualifications

• Prior Finance & Insurance leadership experience in automotive dealerships.
• Proven ability to increase F&I production, profitability, product penetration and compliance.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, lender relationships and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Increase business at dealerships through training, monitoring production and analyzing F&I product sales (F&I performance).
• Create and perform training and related services on behalf of the company by traveling to client locations.
• Travel to its clientele locations to service Dealership Partners within California.
