Job summary

Protective is seeking a Regional F&I Performance Manager to drive dealership profitability through training and monitoring of F&I product sales across our Arizona partner network. The role requires hands-on coaching, compliance focus, and ongoing collaboration with dealership leadership.

The position emphasizes travel to client locations, the design of targeted training programs, and ongoing analysis of production trends to optimize outcomes for both dealers and Protective.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and insurance management at automotive dealerships.
• Knowledge of lender relationships, menu selling and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel regularly to service dealership partners within Arizona.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proven track record in increasing F&I production and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Creates and develops sales strategy plans to increase dealer profitability through F&I know-how.
• Advises dealer F&I personnel on compliant sales techniques.
• Develops training plans and conducts group and individual sessions.
• Monitors monthly production and coordinates with dealership principals.
