Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. seeks a Regional Account Manager for Outdoor Living Products in the Denver area. You will own downstream contractor demand, defend business with strong relationships, and drive product adoption across dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.

Responsibilities include developing account plans, executing growth targets, conducting reviews, and translating feedback into actionable improvements. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or related industry.
• 1+ years of experience with a Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Account Management/Business Development.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and share of wallet.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and providing value-added support.
• Serve as the primary partner for dealers/distributors and market stakeholders to ensure loyalty.
• Develop and execute territory plans and growth targets for key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess goals, performance, and needs.
• Translate customer feedback into internal recommendations for product, pricing, or service improvements.
• Maintain CRM activity logs and pipeline opportunities.
