Job summary

ECC Exteriors in Southern California is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to grow the book of business across large-scale exterior renovation projects. The role focuses on new business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth in roofing, coatings, painting, siding, and related exterior scopes.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will travel regionally, close deals, and coordinate with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scopes and competitive

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in construction or exterior renovations.
• Direct experience with large-scale exterior projects (multi-family, HOA, commercial, or hospitality) preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally across Southern California and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close exterior renovation opportunities across Southern California and surrounding states.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, HOAs, general contractors, and developers.
• Sell large-scale exterior renovation projects including roofing, coatings, painting, siding, and related scopes.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients from opportunity to contract execution.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage accounts for long-term growth.
• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations teams.
