Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in construction, exterior renovations, or a related industry.
• Direct experience with large-scale exterior projects (multi-family, HOA, commercial, or hospitality).
• Working knowledge of roofing, coatings, painting, siding, and exterior renovation processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new exterior renovation opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and contractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients from opportunity through contract execution.
