Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager (RAM), Exterior Products, to own downstream demand for exterior solutions across assigned territory.

You will defend business, expand product adoption, and grow market share by partnering with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors. You will develop district plans, conduct reviews, and translate feedback into product and process improvements while maintaining CRM records and forecasting opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or related fields.
• 1+ years of CRM system experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Account Management/Business Development.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase share of wallet.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Partner with dealers/distributors, builders, architects, contractors to drive demand.
• Develop district account plans and growth targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
• Translate customer feedback into internal improvements.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast account performance.
• Engage market stakeholders to generate downstream demand for Exteriors products.
• Build long-term relationships and cross-sell across channels.
• Execute district plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
