Job summary

H&R Block in the Redding-Red Bluff area is seeking a dedicated Area Experience Leader. This full-time, on-site role drives client experience and operational excellence across multiple offices, coaching teams and ensuring accurate, friendly service to tax clients.

You will monitor performance metrics, support local sales and marketing efforts, guide onboarding, and collaborate with local leaders to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and coach across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret performance data and improve outcomes.
• Proficiency in sales and client service, with ability to promote services and drive growth.
• Experience in training and team development, including mentoring associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple offices to ensure accurate, timely, and friendly client support.
• Coach and develop office teams; lead training and feedback, support recruitment and onboarding.
• Monitor key performance metrics and support local sales and marketing efforts; resolve client escalations.
