Role Description The Area Experience Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Redding-Red Bluff area, responsible for driving client experience and operational excellence across multiple offices. This role oversees day-to-day service delivery, ensuring that associates provide accurate, timely, and friendly support to tax clients. The Area Experience Leader coaches and develops office teams, leads training and performance feedback, and supports recruitment and onboarding activities. Daily activities include monitoring key performance metrics, supporting sales and local marketing efforts, resolving client escalations, and implementing company initiatives that enhance client satisfaction. The role collaborates closely with local leaders and associates to maintain high standards, optimize workflows, and create a welcoming environment that reflects H&R Block's purpose and values.

• Previous experience in retail, service, or multi-unit operations leadership is beneficial.
• Comfort working with business software and reporting tools; familiarity with tax or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in the Redding-Red Bluff area, with flexibility to visit multiple locations as needed.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university preferred, graduate degree in business a plus.
